Our Professional Roof Cleaning Process
Every roof is different, so we tailor our cleaning process to suit the roof material, condition and level of dirt or organic growth.
1. Roof Inspection & Preparation
We assess the roof’s material, condition and access, identify visible damage and prepare the surrounding work area.
2. Treatment Where Needed
Where appropriate, we apply a cleaning treatment to help loosen mould, algae, lichen and built-up dirt.
3. Roof Cleaning
We use pressure cleaning or low-pressure soft washing, depending on the roof’s material and condition.
4. Final Check & Clean-Up
We check the finished result and clean up debris from the work area. Rinsing and any follow-up treatment depend on the cleaning method used.
Does Your Roof Need More Than Cleaning?
While professional roof cleaning can remove years of dirt, mould, algae and lichen, some roofs need more than a good wash to bring them back to life.
If your roof has faded paint, peeling coatings, cracked pointing or damaged tiles, a complete roof restoration may be the better long term solution.
At Refresh Restoration, we also specialise in roof restoration and roof painting across Brisbane, South Brisbane and Logan. Our services include thorough roof preparation, repairs, priming and professional roof membrane coatings to refresh and protect your roof.
Not sure whether your roof needs cleaning or a full restoration? We’re happy to assess its condition and recommend the most suitable option.
